Refund policy

 


We aim to facilitate all our clients if they wish to exchange their purchased articles, provided that a valid reason is offered. Items purchased from our online store can be sent back for exchange by contacting our customer service. There are certain conditions applied to exchange the product, including:

  • The customer must submit a request for exchange via phone call or WhatsApp, within 7 working days of receiving the order.
  • The customer in his/her request for an exchange must state the reason(s) for exchanging the item.
  • The item must be in its original packing, and the price tag is intact.
  • It has no emits, odors, perfume scents, stains, or anything that suggests the item was used or washed.
  • Delivery charges apply for exchanging 

If an item bought at a regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at a sale price.
