Items purchased from our online store can be sent back for exchange by contacting our customer service. There are certain conditions applied to exchange the product, including:

• The customer must submit a request for exchange via phone call or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receiving the order.
• The customer in his/her request for an exchange must state the reason(s) for exchanging the item.
• The item must be in its original packing and the price tag is intact.
• It has no emits, odors, perfume scents, stains, or anything which suggests the item was used or washed.

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If an item bought at a regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at a sale price.
